Jades Camp America Travel

One of the things that I have been really excited for these past few weeks, was attending the Glasgow Orientation.I was excited for it as it was one step closer to going to Camp, but I really didn't have an idea of what to expect and so I thought a blog post about it could be beneficial for anyone else that wants an idea of what to expect.  I attended the Glasgow orientation on the 21st of April and had a great experience. With only 42 days left until we were leaving for Camp, myself and a few friends I'm going to be going to Camp with headed off to the orientation. - I was lucky enough to have been hired at the Edinburgh recruitment event and so I had already met some of the people I would be going to Camp with and had had the time to find and connect with others who would be attending. Im super excited to be starting this blog to document my time in the states this summer working at YMCA Camp Letts in Maryland! I've managed to secure this amazing opportunity through Camp America and I have also been lucky enough to be selected to be one of Camp Americas Story Tellers for 2018. This means that Camp America has asked me to document my time and experience this summer. I am going to try and document as much as I can; including my planning and prep before I go to Camp, my time at Camp and my after Camp Travels. To start with, I should probably introduce myself.
